All patients need to be referred by a medical doctor. Please contact your family physician who can evaluate your concern and submit a referral to our clinic if necessary. Please note that we do not accept walk-ins.

 

All clinic visits are covered by provincial insurance plans (ex. OHIP in Ontario). Patients who do not have any provincial coverage can be seen, although fees may apply. Please contact us for further details.

 

Please note not all services offered in clinic are covered by provincial insurance plans (ie. OHIP). There are fees for non-OHIP covered services. Please contact us for details.
